Srun chhlat

Chair of Board of Director

He is fluent in Chinese and has held management and marketing positions for many years. In addition to his extensive work experience, he has transformed himself into a key shareholder and strengthened his relationships with major Taiwanese business partners. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2008 and has achieved remarkable success in the real estate business, earning the trust of many business partners from Taiwan. He laid the foundation for establishing a garment and footwear factory in 2019 with a team and officially launched the factory in early 2021 under the name "Khmer Dem," led by Mr. But Vandi and Mr. Khun Langheng, along with a group of experienced technical and sales experts, under the leadership of Mr. Sugandha Thara.

Buth Vandy

Chief Executive Officer

Vanndy worked with the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) from 2011 to 2019, progressing from a field officer to a senior management position focusing on advocacy and litigation. As of 2019, Vandi has been serving as the Executive Director of the Medhuvi Human Rights Group, driven by a passion for social work and a wealth of experience. Vandi has expertise in participating in advocacy programs and engaging in large-scale public activities both domestically and internationally during his time working in human rights and legal organizations. Vandi was the former president of the "Srun Chhlat Khmer Overseas" association from 2019 to early 2024. He played a key role in establishing this association alongside other co-founders.

Sokun Theara

Operation Director

From 2005 to 2010, Thara worked as a veterinarian and assistant farm manager at VANNY Bio-Research, gaining extensive experience in farm management and modern animal breeding techniques. Between 2011 and 2015, Thara served as a field coordinator at AARR, collaborating with farmers and local communities to promote agricultural technology, improve hygiene, and enhance livestock development. Since 2023, Thara has been an active member of the "Srun Chhlat Khmer Overseas" association, contributing to policy discussions, decision-making, and leading the association with dedication. about increasing production but also about building a sustainable community economy.

Khon LeangHeng

Director of Manufacturer

Lang Heng was appointed as the Director of the Election Management Committee in February 2024 to lead and manage daily operations. Before becoming the committee director, Lang Heng served as the President of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce (CCC) since 2019. Lang Heng has extensive experience, with over six years in real estate, sales, human resources management, and corporate governance. In 2019, he resigned from his position as Director of Human Resources at the Human Resources University (HRU). Additionally, Lang Heng joined the Board of Directors of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce (CCIM) in 2023. He was also appointed as the Director of Finance and Administration at Maqsu Company in 2024. Lang Heng has a clear vision and strong commitment to advancing the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce, aiming to make it more dynamic and transparent in the future.

Chum Ket

Marketing, Sales & Media Director

Chum Ket has delivered numerous speeches at management and leadership events in the agro-industry and agricultural sectors, collaborating with both national and international organizations. He has made significant contributions to improving the management and development of large-scale agricultural enterprises, rubber plantations, agricultural research, and the production of agricultural machinery and equipment. Chum Ket has completed English language studies at Beltei International School and has also pursued professional training in fields such as public relations, videography, and photography. He is a committed and experienced professional, actively involved in organizational development.
